Skills Assessment

In the first assessment I discovered that I have no skills beyond writing and speaking, which I do moderately well.

In the book I determined (through a great deal of trouble and deep penetrating thought) that the three skills I enjoy are observing (other people), reading, and writing. I preform (sort of well) observing, organizing, and key boarding. I would like to develop a great deal of skills, including my analytical and research skills, as well as problem solving and my communication skills, mainly listening. I would also like to learn how to collaborate, synthesize and research more effectively. My plan for developing my skills is pretty vague beyond just pushing myself, and  I really need some guidance.

I learned from these assessments that I am not very skilled and have a great deal of work to do in order to be sought after, much less wanted in the workforce. There were a few careers that my skills might lead to that I was actually interested in, including zoologist and wildlife biologists, and a dietitian and/or nutritionist.  I do know that I love animals and would like to work with them somehow, I'm just not sure exactly what yet.
